In 2016, The Cliffs launched its own chapter of Chaîne de Rôtisseurs, a global, ancient, culinary and wine guild with extraordinary events for food and wine enthusiasts. We also have Certified Cicerones (a professional certification for beer experts) and award-winning bartenders.
